These terms cover how quotes, parts and installation work at Forge Customz LLC.

Quotes and Pricing

All pricing is vehicle-specific and subject to fitment confirmation prior to installation.

Quotes are vehicle-specific and include parts plus professional installation. Detailed and accurate vehicle information is required so we can confirm fitment and pricing. Pricing varies based on vehicle, parts selection, and installation complexity. Where starting prices are published, they reflect installation labor only.

Parts and Deposits

Parts are sourced from trusted distributors and no inventory is kept on site. Customer approval and a parts deposit are required before we order parts or schedule installation. All products are ordered at the time of payment and are vehicle-specific.

Installation

All installations are vehicle-specific and performed at our location. We provide professional installation only. An alignment is required after every suspension installation.

Installation Authorization and Liability

All work is subject to our Vehicle Installation Authorization & Liability Waiver, which is provided for signature before work begins.

Modifications and Warranties

Aftermarket modification can affect a vehicle manufacturer’s warranty coverage for related components. Customers are responsible for understanding how a modification may affect any existing manufacturer or extended warranty on their vehicle.
